By submitting Feedback, You grant GLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to compensate You.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those websites. You use them at Your own risk.

Upon termination, Your right to access the Service ends immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - arising from Your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of$100 USDor the amount You paid through the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet Your expectations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of theUnited States, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Your use of the Application may also be subject to other applicable local, state, or international laws.

If You are an EU consumer, You are entitled to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of Your country of residence.

Our Service is classified as a “Commercial Item” under 48 C.F.R. §2.101 and is provided to U.S. government users only as such.

You represent and warrant that You are not:

• Located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions; or
• Listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Failure by GLC to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If these Terms have been translated, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies.

GLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
